I wish I had read the reviews before walking into this place. The older lady that did my nails had no idea what she was doing. Used Gel base coat to do the dip. This was the first indication that she didn’t know what she was doing. Second she kept dipping my nail in the powder and leaving it in there for a while. Then she tried to file it and the powder was coming off. She would put more of the gel base on there and dip it again. She then tried putting Activator on top. Lastly she finally used the right dip base coat but at this point all the coats of powder she had done looked really bad. She then tried to use the drill to shape them. She was about to do the top coat when I told her I didn’t like them. The lady that sits in the front then scooted over and tried to fix the mess that was done on my nails by drilling them with another more aggressive bit on the drill. When I told her she didn’t use the right product she told me she did. I have been getting dip for 3 years and I know what is used. She fixed them as best as she could and they looked better than what they were. I still wasn’t happy with them. They charged me $44.00 and I spent 1 hour and 25 minutes there. I will not be returning!!! They could care less.

The young lady messed up my toe nails. For their prices should have had more cuticle cleaning she literally did a swipe as I watched in shock to what she did. Waiting maybe she was gonna come back to it?. She broke one nail and tried to fix it. Sneezing and coughing every few minutes. Ive only been here once before and wont be back even tho Snow does great nails. For that place and prices should be the greatest. The guy at the counter to pay made me feel like it was my fault tried to charge me full price. I wasn’t asking for free as I used water and the chair but there was no concern apology or compassion. Terrible place

Do yourselves a favor and BELIEVE the negative reviews! I have given this place at least 2 other chances. Today I decided to give them one more shot. I got the older lady and you would think she was in a speed competition of how fast she could do a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My gel manicure is so sloppy. She didn’t bother to clean around my nails where excess nail polish was and filed them terribly.

My mom and I meet up ever other weekends so we can get our nails done and catch up on family gossip. We have been to several nail salons and by far this has been the best for us. The staff is so friendly and they do such a great job. We have not yet, had to wait every time we go in because they are always fully staffed. We met up for Mother’s day today and they did a fantastic job. They even gave all their customers, a single stem rose. ⚘

I went in with acrylics and asked to get them removed. But the lady literally ripped them off so aggressively. I told her she was hurting me and asked if she can use acetone instead, and she said she Couldnt because it takes too long.
