From hair thinning to extreme hair loss, we have the best non-surgical hair restoration solutions in Austin. We see BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you have alopecia, autoimmune diseases, female or male pattern baldness, trichotillomania, hair loss for any reason, including chemotherapy, contact us. Our salon has private rooms to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Shanna is a national educator for Jon Renau and worked closely with them to develop her own line of top quality hair loss solutions. Our studio is 1 of only 115 in the world certified by Cesare Ragazzi to create 3D cranial prosthetics and perform CRLabs Trichology.

I started my trichilogy treatments at Refined Hair in February of 2022 and I’m so glad I did! I had experienced some significant hair thinning due to several factors and since then, I’ve made great progress with the help of the wonderful staff and treatments at Refined Hair. They specialize in scalp health, which is definitely extremely underrated in today’s society, hopefully that changes soon! And unlike countless dermatologists, they don’t push Rogaine, a drug with side effects that you need to use indefinitely on you. They use tested, scientific methods to get your scalp balanced and healthy again. I just got to the “Maintenance” treatments and I couldn’t be happier! So glad I found a great salon for all my thin/fine haircare needs!

I had a really great experience. Going into a hair replacement store for the first time can be very intimidating and nerve wracking. You are showing your vulnerable side to complete strangers and discussing a really sensitive subject. Shanna and Jenny were so warm and down to earth that my nervousness didn’t last too long. I’ve been going here for 3 years and I’m on my second set of CNCs. I wanted to give a full experience on the CNC as it’s quite an investment for some. First, All the ladies in the office are amazing and cater to your needs. The CNC is great if want something that’s like a second skin and you don’t even notice it’s there. I’m pretty active with running, yoga, etc and no one notices! I have extremely oily skin and it took a while to figure out what worked best for me. Shanna worked with me relentlessly to figure it out. The quality of the CNC is unbeatable to anything else it looks like your skin and as if the hair is coming out of your head. This was a life-changer for me. Well, it gave me a life back! I guess the only downfall for me was the bold spots that started occurring unexpectedly at the top of both my systems after a year or so. Even after repairs, the bold spots came back almost immediately. I hardly used the blow dryer on that area and stopped wearing hats and pulling my hair back to see if that would help. I wasn’t scratching in my sleep like we originally thought, So really can’t explain how that was happening. But overall, it’s been a good experience and I’ve ordered more CNC’s in the hope the quality is better than before. I just received my 3ed CNC and OMG, Shanna nailed it! It looks exactly like my hair texture, color, and more! I can thank them enough for all they have done and given back to me.
