Upon arrival I wasn’t greeted with the warmest welcome which surprised me. It shouldn’t matter if the appointment is just a consultation, I should be welcomed the same as a tenured member. It was my first time and it wasn’t the best experience, I arrived 12 minutes early to fill out paperwork then I waited 15 minutes over my scheduled time just to be seen. My nurse practitioner did NOT wash her hands, she put on gloves, and started my procedure after a quick consult. They do have competitive pricing with their Rewards Program. You can sign up for it, make a deposit, and reap member benefits, exclusives, and a free reward all year long. The program does start at $500 then goes up from there. I am a rewards member now so we’ll see how the next visit goes.
