My husband came here when we first moved here a few months back. He had insanely curly hair and he got a trim and had it relaxed by Eric. He had such an enjoyable time. He usually hates getting his haircut because he feels uncomfortable with the small tall but not this time. It is a really relaxed atmosphere. He insisted on coming back for his next haircut. I waited in the lobby for the entire time and was very comfortable.

I started 2023 with my monthly haircut and color done by Cory and she did an excellent job as always! She has also done my partial foils every other month. She takes great care in making sure the foils are placed correctly to frame my face and that my “grey roots” are colored properly. We discuss what I want for my hair each time I come in and this helps us to achieve a great hair style! She is helpful with scheduling my future appointments as well. She also has cut my husband’s hair and we both enjoy having a complimentary beverage during our appointments. My mom rides the ferry from Whidbey to have Cory cut her hair. I have been coming to this salon to have Cory style my hair for several years and am happy to report that they successfully navigated through Covid 19 and now continue to provide wonderful customer service for their clients. Erik has worked hard to have the salon met the needs of clients. The salon is located in a great location off of I-405, with some wonderful restaurants and easy parking available.

Would not recommend. Got a hair cut from Cory — she took what I wanted into her own vision. Gave me a completely different hair cut. She was also in a rush to get the next client in. Left me with a damp hair after spending 1 hour talking to me about COVID. I didn’t get to see the final result until I dry it myself. Decided to give Cory another try, this time with a hair color service. Booked it one month in advance. Had to cancel it again one month in advance. Rescheduled my appointment for two weeks in advance. Found out that I could not make the appointment, gave two weeks notice. I received a text around 10pm saying “Please do not book with Cory until you are absolutely certain that you can keep it. Thanks for understanding.” A text from a number I don’t know. The second I had to cancel my appointment. With two weeks in advance. Didn’t I follow the cancellation policy both times? I understand she is busy but her lack of professionalism and texting me from her number the second I cancelled it — drives me away. If you go here, make sure that absolutely NOTHING could be happening in your life because they have no concept of life happens and you’re inconveniencing them.

Have been coming here to get my haircut since 2018. You get a free drink while waiting and it is a nice and clean place. Dawn does a great job cutting my hair and she has been cutting my hair since 2018. Location is also pretty nice because there are restaurants and Starbucks next door and Tesla supercharger stations in the garage.
