Got my eyebrows destroyed here.I was trying to explain what I want but she did not even let me finish and said sit down. I asked to clean my eyebrows but i was given a thin eyebrow, a different shape and my eyebrow ends were threaded off as well. I look totally different never had such bad threading before. So annoyed whenever I look at the mirror because your eyebrows define your face.

I have been going to Reena Salon and Spa for a year now. Such a great place for eye brow threading. Reena really takes her time listens to how you want your eye brows done, and she does it exactly how you want it. Everywhere I go I get compliments. My former eye brow lady made my eyebrows extremely thin but after consistently going to Reena’s Salon my eyebrows are perfect everytime. Highly recommended!!!! I only trust Reena’s Salon!

Except for the waiting time on a Saturday, everything was good. Am glad that finally I found a place for my eyebrows to be done. Reena was fast and looks like an expert in the field.. she did well. And the prices are reasonable too.

I’ve come here multiple times to have my eyebrows threaded, but they are never consistent. My eyebrows have a natural shape and are relatively thick. I get them done every 3 weeks or so. The smaller girl, I don’t know her name, did them this last time and took off so much of my eyebrow. They are so thin now and completely different sizes. I thought I had found a new place to get them done, but sadly I won’t be returning.

Average service, place is clean and nice. Welcoming staff! However, I went for face wax and the lady didn’t bother cooling one side of my face. I told her my face was burning but she was more concerned about finishing the waxing. Like hello, my face is burning and turning red. Also, so nosy and asking where I live? and if I am living alone or not?

This is only for the visit today. Reena was always good in the service but today to my wife’s bad luck she got another staff who didn’t care how to do it well rather she was interested in only talking. She’s so sad that one eyebrow looks disastrous now.
