Critical: ProfessionalismMy Veteran husband stopped in afterwork for a trim. He was refused service because of his work boots. The Male Barber stated they would ruin his chair. You have a right to service who you want but I have a right to inform people who work in construction to pass on by! Good luck

Critical: QualityI am never really too fussed about haircuts, usually it’s a non event for me. I have been to Reel Deal before and enjoyed the experience. On my second time there yesterday, however, I was appointed to a young man in a red shirt and a ponytail. I received the worst haircut in my 55 years of haircuts. Unfortunately the guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing and literally chopped up my head. Unbelievable! I am never really too fussed about haircuts, usually it’s a non event for me. I have been to Reel Deal before and enjoyed the experience. On my second time there yesterday, however, I was appointed to a young man in a red shirt and a ponytail. I received the worst haircut in my 55 years of haircuts. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent in yesterday to get a trim/fade with some design work and Jerry immediately made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted and my preferences. He not only executed a perfect cut and super cool designs, you could tell he really enjoys his work and mixes in creativity with his skills. I also enjoyed the fun atmosphere and the art for sale from local artists on the walls. My first visit but I will certainly be back. Went in yesterday to get a trim/fade with some design work and Jerry immediately made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted and my preferences. He not only executed a perfect cut and super cool designs, you could tell he really enjoys his work and mixes in creativity with his skills.
