I went here for a normal pedicure and OMG. I’m coming back monthly. I didn’t upgrade or anything like that – the basic pedicure was just enough.

Service was great. Everyone was super nice. I got a normal pedicure and a gel manicure but the gel manicure began to chip off 24 hours later. Won’t be coming back. A good $40 gel manicure should last for at least a week!

Very poor quality gel manicure. A friend and I had a gel manicure by them and they began chipping the next day (photos show both of ours) We contacted them and went back to have them fixed, but the next day, they chipped again for both of us. She and I traveled that week for a wedding and were told we couldn’t get a refund unless we came in and had all of gel removed by them. Obviously, we couldn’t do that since we were away. We both sent them photos and were denied a refund. They are over priced- the most expensive in the neighborhood, yet the poorest quality. Never going back and calling my cc company.

Excellent nail salon! Visited there today for the first time and plan to make it my go-to in the neighborhood. Rosa took her time to perfect my manicure and pedicure, treated me gently and kindly, and the polish looks stunning. The place is SO clean, nice quiet music in the background, and very relaxing. Once in a while I go with my daughter to get a manicure. The first few times they were great. Each time I got someone good and they seem to have experience. However the last two times I’ve gotten some really bad manicurist. Last week, the lady used the nail file to push my cuticles. Needless to say, they were a bit tender when I left. I don’t see many of the original people so I am assuming hiring is tough. But still, I’m disappointed that I keep getting the new people and they are not very good.

I was a walk in for a pedicure. As soon as I approached the desk the cashier asked did I make an appointment- she didn’t say hello or how can I help you. I told her I do not have an appointment, her reply was use the hand sanitizer- I told her that I have my own sanitizer. She said come (that was it). She did not say “ please follow me” or anything else. I sat down a lady came, no conversation and she wasn’t friendly either. I told her that I brought my own polish and her reply was we have to charge you additional $3.00. I let her finish and hurried out of there. I felt uncomfortable, they were RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and I guess they didn’t expect a Black women on their premises. If I must say something about their establishment is that they are “RACIST “. Also, my cuticles were RAW and SORE later that Night.
