I am just disappointed with my nails and how they came out , not only that but paid for them in advance because they were closing the colors on both hands were very off. i was not going to wait another hour just to have them removed right then and there because it was so late and i was running late to an event so i called them next morning saying i did not get my nails how i wanted the colors were off and i would like a refund n explained that i had paid before being finished if they would have waited to have me pay after i would have not paid for as much i did for them 65$. i will not come back again they also messed up on my friends acrylic nails we will not be coming back. the lady over the phone wanted to tell me she had to see them in person to see if they would refund me as you can see in the photos i showed her as well. i told her also if she knew they weren’t going to refund me i wouldn’t have came back in at all would’ve gone somewhere else to remove them. so i told her my time was wasted as well tried saying she couldn’t do these type of nails i simply gave her advice well if you cannot do what someone is wanting simply just say you can’t do them, very simple. i would much rather have been told that. but she just kept saying so many excuses where i had a repsonse for every single one they finally took them off i asked for a clear coat i didn’t talk anymore. finally she came over to say that they decided to give me half my money back, wow thanks. i suggest to not get acrylics done here, you will be disappointed also no refunds so do not pay until finished even if they’re closing because they will not care even if your nails are obviously not done right at all. also they do not cut your cuticles what so ever.

The staff are very kind but I have to question if the person who helped me was licensed. They used clean tools but they were not using them correctly. They also didn’t wear gloves, which I thought was strange. The experience was a bit painful and I am not happy with my pedicure. My feet looked worse and feel drier after I came in. I would not recommend this place.

I got a gel manicure and a pedicure here and I am so disappointed with the results. I had to choose three different colors before they had one in stock for my gel manicure. I also asked for the matching polish for my toenails, but that didn’t happen. They don’t match. I specifically asked for a glossy nail color and instead I got a pearl finish. But the very worst thing is, when he was doing my pedicure he cut my toenails so short and cut the skin on my big toe while he was trimming the nail. It’s been four days and my toe is still very sore! He seemed to be in a hurry, and he was very careless. Even after all of this, my manicure and pedicure looks terrible. Please think twice before you choose this nail salon! I’ll never return.

I got a pedicure here, and the service was great! However, when I got home, I noticed that there was some nail polish on my toes that the pedicurist didn’t clean off. Other than that, great service!
