Had our sons hair cut here and she rushed the whole time. Tried to leave hair around his ears. Left two bald spots with a buzzer and would do no more then buzz the back of his head down further. And worst of all she told our son dont worry about what your parents think you have to ware it, meaning his hair. Not happy.

When over the weekend our Mother/daughter date to get our nails painted was canceled last minute due to staff illness, the owner Levi took the time to get me scheduled at a different salon due to the staffing challenge. He went above and beyond to make sure our Mother/daughter date worked out and exceeded my expectations above beyond with his customer service! I have also had massage and facial services here over the years and hands down some of the best services I have had in this area! When over the weekend our Mother/daughter date to get our nails painted was canceled last minute due to staff illness, the owner Levi took the time to get me scheduled at a different salon due to the staffing challenge. To make a long story short, I received a not so great haircut from a different salon over the weekend that needed to be fixed ASAP. I called Reds in the morning and they were able to get me an appointment by 1:45 the same day! I had the pleasure of having Juliet do my hair and let me tell me tell you, she is AMAZING! She not only “fixed” my hair, she made it look so much better. She talked me through everything she was doing and handed me the mirror several times so I could follow along. I went to Reds for the first time today, unexpectedly. To make a long story short, I received a not so great haircut from a different salon over the weekend that needed to be fixed ASAP. What a great experience! My mom and I went in for a hair style for my wedding. My mom had her service with Levi, and I had mine with Kara. Not only were they friendly, great conversation, and upbeat, they were both so wonderfully talented! Both my moms and my hair held great all night and we received numerous compliments even from strangers. Obviously we recommended Reds 🙂 Holly helped me coordinate all the details leading up to the day of and even checked in after. What a great team! If we didn’t live so far we would definitely come more often!

Just got my first haircut at Reds, and I absolutely LOVED the whole experience. Carly was my stylist and she was fantastic! Not only did she kill it at giving me a great cut and style, but she also educated me along the way on why certain things work and don’t work with my hair type (I have thick hair). She also gave great tips when she was styling my hair. I am happy to have finally found my forever salon and stylist! Can not recommend enough!

I was looking for a specialist to cut & style my unruly wavy-frizzy hair. Levi was the guy! He cut my hair dry not wet so he could evaluate each section. Then made a recommendation for a style that complimented me personally. He also recommended some products in a helpful way and not pushy with no pressure for purchase, which I appreciate.

I initially came to Reds at the suggestion of a friend, and have no regrets. The ladies at the front have always been very welcoming and pleasant. And I couldn’t be happier with the work that Carly does. She always listens to what I’m asking and will talk through my questions and concerns regarding my crazy hair ideas – so that I walk out looking sharp. For all the lightening I’ve had on my hair, it feels healthy & looks great. And on top of that, she’s fun to chat with, and she keeps my coffee cup full! Thanks!

Not a happy experience. The beautician Levi fried my hair with the soft wave I wanted. My hair is breaking and because my hair grows slow it is going to take another 3.8 years to grow out the straw brittle hair. He denied it was his fault. Do NOT recommend this salon. It was amazing when Sue owned it.

Had my first cut and color at Reds with Juliet and she is amazing!!! I love the finished look. My only complaint is that on their website it mentioned a free cut for college students with any color service and the offer was not honored by the checkout desk.This is a bit misleading. Other then that I had a wonderful experience.
