I got more hair than I wanted chopped off and my hair didn’t turn out the color I wanted.. She told me over the phone they do colors and highlights but once I got there and I was in her chair she said “it’s exciting to actually get to dye a women’s hair for once” letting me know right then she had little experience in coloring hair. The final product showed… And I got charged $145 for my hair I didn’t like.. Not for women I think they mostly do men’s cuts and trims
