Positive: QualityI am believer in massage. I look for ones that will walk on my back as I enjoy and need deep tissue massage.Lucy has highly experienced feet. She also checked in on me regularly. Finally she performed a style on my shoulders while sitting on a higher stool unique to me. My experience was okay. Not the best. This place wasn’t very inviting. And the lady was interrupted a few times during my massage. And then there was another lady who started doing the back massage after my feet were done. And both didn’t really seem to know what they were doing. I love going to Foot Reflexology places but this one is DEFINITELY NOT one of them. I wanted to try a new place. I WILL NOT come back to this place. And after a gentleman was done getting his massage. The lady gave him a hard time for not tipping what they wanted. So, THUMBS DOWN TO REDLANDS MASSAGE…..

So glad I read the reviews about how they complained that the tip wasn’t enough. They tried to do that with my husband after the massage and tried to get us to pay $10 per person (there were 3 of them) even though only two of them actually gave us a massage– they tried to say that the other girl was in training. Um, I don’t think so. Nice try.

Sad but I didnt read the reviews before I went. =( They weren’t rude to me but the lady had no massage technique. It felt like a full body rub rather than massage. I’ll stick to my hometown massage place.

U know what, eff this place and the ladies that works there. Don’t know english. That person that massage did horrible, she massaged me too hard and keep going over my spine, which is causing me pain right now. And also, I gave her my exact payment, and was so rude and pushing me to give her tip. Excuse me but u can’t ask for a tip! U only get tips if they like the service. Soooooo unprofessional. I wI’ll never go here again in my entire life.

This place requires payment and a tip BEFORE the massage. And when I gave a tip they complained that the tip amount wasn’t big enough. How can anyone demand a huge tip before providing any service at all? Terrible way to do business and very unprofessional. Don’t go here.

They are very rude. That stupid lady sadly misjudged me. As soon as I walked in she told the person sitting at the reception desk that I don’t have any money. She was assuming I didn’t speak chinese. I responded to them both in chinese that I have plenty of money but that they’ll never see a single dollar of it. I walked out. How rude!!
