I have had 4 acupuncture appointments here. They were OK, at best. Two of these sessions Kim left needles in my legs and back, which is extremely painful when you go to get off the table. This is unacceptable. Make sure all the needles are out of you before you stand up! My last appointment I went to lay down on the table and there were 2 needles from the person before me! Not only did that prove they consistently leave needles in people, THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE TABLE, before my appointment. Also I was in significantly more pain when I left than when I showed up. When I asked to talk to the Acupuncturist, 2 minutes after I got off the table, she had left for the day and was unable to help me with the increased pain she caused. I am done going to Good Medicine and I do not recommend.

Kate was awesome and made me feel comfortable and relaxed on my very first acupuncture visit. The atmosphere is very relaxing and everyone was very welcoming and open, as well as professional. Kate explained what I could expect, and she was pretty spot on with her prediction of how I would feel after. I will definitely be following Kate’s recommendations and going back for additional treatments.

Cannot say nice enough things about the staff here. They do every thing they can to help one heal and feel comfortable. I do acupuncture and had them all give me at least one treatment. Kate has the right touch and technique and she is super sweet. Best of all they work on a sliding pay scale. So if your on the fence about it like I was. It’s worth coming here to at least try it out.

I am a regular at PRH, but yesterday’s appointment was particularly powerful. I went in feeling a little under the weather and just “off” in general. During my acupuncture treatment (with Kate), I could feel my body go from tense to relaxed, and I left feeling completely renewed. The colors outside were brighter, my stomach ache was gone and my outlook in general had improved so much – it was such a sweet surprise and reminded me how invaluable these treatments are!
