I had a mastectomy 4 weeks ago. I was told I should try Cryo to speed the healing and mobility. Cindy told me to come a minimum of 3 times per week for best results. I went 2 days after the mastectomy and did both the full body and the local treatment. The local treatment released the tightness and I was able to lift my arm above my head (something I was told would take weeks!). I went at least 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks but then I missed about 2 weeks (out of town, etc) but I noticed right away that it was stiffening up and there was more discomfort. I went back and the difference is absolutely amazing. I have also spent time in the salt cave and there is nothing more relaxing than that! By the way, my doctors were so happy with the healing that they removed the drain tube after one week. If you have health issues of any kind, you should run to them. Cindy and her staff are caring and truly believe in the services they provide.

Cindy is amazing! She is the sweetest and most genuine person. I have severe eczema and had a 3 week flare up, so I was desperate to try anything. Fortunately, I found Redlands Cry Spa and I did cryotherapy and the salt cave. I got a month package and after one session my inflamed skin was less red. I’ve been there 4 times so far and my body has healed so much. Thank you so much Cindy!

Autumn is my girl! She is funny and sweet and very profesional! She gives such a wonderful massage. She does cupping and hot stone and really gets all.of.my deep knots out from weightlifting and hairstyling. I recomend her to all of my friends. And 2 of my sisters recommended her to me. I will follow her anywhere she goes. She is amazing and her price for 90 minutes is affordable and worth it!!!!

What a wonderful place!! You walk in and immediately feel the energy is relaxing, warm, and inviting! We went to Redlands Crystal to sit in the Himalayan Salt Cave. What an amazing and relaxing experience! I will definitely be back! Definitely wear the socks they provide. The salt hurts to walk on. The dressing rooms are neat and clean. The salt cave is quiet and calming. Well put together! We sat in a room after, I forget what it was called, but it had an amazing foot salt lamp!! Wonderful!! Also had foot massagers. We were there on Saturday October 3, I wish I could remember the youg ladies name that was there. She brought us a cup of water and a chocolate while we relaxed. There were lots of DoTerra items to sample and purchase. Lots of helpful items to purchase as well. We never felt pressured. The young lady was so gracious.

I went in there using a cane and after a few sessions I am able to walk without pain and no longer need my knee brace or cane. The staff is super friendly and they treat me like part of the family. I always look forward to my weekly visit. I recently pulled my back and the T-Shock machine was such a relief. Thank you to my sister for taking me as a Christmas present. It was amazing!!! I loved everything. It was so clean, the ambiance is wonderful with relaxing essential oils and dim lighting. Their dogs are so calm that it adds to the calming environment. I loved the hot stones and oils during my 90 minute massage. It was so good felt like 30 minutes I didn’t want it to stop! It’s a bit pricey but worth it. They also have the salt room that’s so good for removing toxins and the sound of the little waterfall and comfy chairs just makes you want to stay in there forever! Definitely coming back. Thank you to my masseuse and Lucy for all the informations given to me.
