Professional licensed massage therapist of 14 years. I specialize in deep tissue, therapeutic work by utilizing Ashiatsu (barefoot) massage and Swedish massage techniques. The deeper pressure from the Ashiatsu works well to get farther into the muscle tissue and release the myofascial tissue while minimizing pain and soreness as deep work typically brings. I will focus on the area of pain but also will work to discover the true source of your pain.

My friend and I lovingly call her our “witch doctor” as she can really work through the muscle and fascia that is injured or inflamed. She knows her stuff and is willing to give homework stretches.
