Here’s my backstory: I had gotten my eyelashes done at a different salon and I was not happy with the results. Unhappy to the point that the same night I got them done, I Googled how to remove them at home. I wanted them off and fast, but instead of potentially damaging my lashes, I searched Google for an eyelash extension professional who could remove them for me. I found Red Hot Lashez from my search which had a 5/5 rating so it was at the top of my list. I called Mary the next day to ask if she could remove the eyelashes and she said yes. I set a same day appointment with her for the removal. When I arrived, the salon was so zen and had a wonderful aroma. The removal process was beautiful. She took her time and removed them without a trace. That day, I set up an appointment for her to do my eyelash extensions. The next week, I came in and she recommended lash sizes and styles for my eyes based off of her professional experience and a model photo I showed. The entire process was amazing! I felt so comfortable! We had great conversation and she answered all my lash maintenance questions. The end results were AMAZING! I was SO happy. The lashes fit my eyes and face so well! I am so very pleased with my experience. I’ve already set up my next lash appointment and am looking forward to getting a facial as well (she provides lots of services).
