I went to this place as a result of it being close to work. Never again. I had two haircuts with a Lisa Michelle. She was late both times by about 10 minutes and never acknowledged it. I should have known better. Although the first cut wasn’t great – check out my neck from the latest appointment. I felt some pain when she started using the trimmer but thought nothing of it. When I got home I took a peek and the result is pictured. To not only do this to a customer but not say anything whatsoever? Embarrassing. Forget customer service, what about just doing the decent thing from a human being perspective and bring it up while I’m there? She even had the gall to setup an additional appointment as if I wouldn’t eventually notice. Out to lunch.

Really should be Zero. Erin cancelled the hair appointment I had for my son’s wedding the day before. This appointment was booked more than six months before and confirmed the week of. She said the salon was closed for an event and she could not recommend anyone else in her salon. At that point I was already in NH traveling from NJ this wedding. She had no other recommendations. As a small business owner myself I could not believe anyone would do this.
