The nails were good and the customer service was also good. I paid $70 for this and felt overcharged because in the pamphlet with the services french tip clearly says $30. I understand if it was going to be $40 or $45 because i got fake nails added so that added some length but $70 was too much. If extra things were going to be added and charged they should have put it in the pamphlet or let me know beforehand. Don’t recommend going. It was one guy specifically that overcharged me because there was another lady that charged the girl next to me $75 and hers had more designs and gel polish.

I feel like i was overcharged. The service was fine but these costed me $120… i would understand if i got gems or a design but these are basic french tip. Last time i came for a mani pedi and it was only $95. My friend got her nails done the other day with basically the same design but she added gems to hers but was only charged $110. She didn’t let me know until the tips were glued on. Disappointed because i’ve been coming here for years.

I paid around $85 for the worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. I’ll never come back here. This lady started yelling at me while I was asking her to fix the issues with my nails. After I left not even 4 days later most of nails had chipped and cracked when I got dip powder. My gel on my toes was peeling off as well and they fixed everything. Two days later my nails were cracking again and half of my gel pedicure came off again!!! I called for a refund and they said “nothing lasts forever” and there’s no refunds. I’ve never had dip and gel last less than 2 weeks??? The lady on the phone hung up on me mid conversation. Terrible service and terrible quality nails. After I got the nails soaked off, my natural nails underneath were completely ruined. I’ve been getting dip for years and never had a nail tech drill this far into my natural nail bed. DO NOT COME HERE

Just got my nails and feet done yesterday afternoon and the Jewels are falling off already! The lady did not clean off the polish or glue that was on my fingers until I asked her to do so and she still did not do it properly. She started rushing to finish me when a Caucasian customer came in. I paid $125.00 plus tip, I totally want a refund! I REALLY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS BUT IT’S THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN LEAVE A COMMENT!

Went late at night was still taking care of to the fullest extent. haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time in the last time was a very bad experience. Coming there made me love getting my nails again I even cried on the way out because I was so happy. Give them a chance and you could be as happy as me to. Full set stiletto tips SNS. Also rhinestones on one finger. Less than 60 fantastic deal compared to where I come from. Thank you so much again you really made my trip.

I had the most wonderful experience with Bill today. I’ve been to tons of nail salons and never have had a good experience. Bill was patient and Bill did a beautiful job on both my hands and feet. Afterwards he massaged my arms and my hands and while doing my feet he massage my legs with the most amazing scented oil. I will never let anyone but Bill do my hands and my feet from this moment on.
