HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was late 15 minutes which I apologized for traffic had been terrible and she immediately snapped at me saying she doesn’t want to push into her other appointment which I understood but she took me in anyways. The entire time she was complaining about my hair and the condition it was in, she also told me she would not be able to blow dry or style my hair even though I had ALREADY PAID. After the highlights and trim my hair feels more damaged and has more split ends than before I had walked in, So dissapointed. The whole appointment was a horrible experience and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HAIR.

It’s the most horrible salon I visited in my entire life.. the staff is terribly unfriendly, unprofessional and totally fraud & cheats.. I had purchased a coupon for haircut services and the services I received were below average, my stylist was super stubborn and unfriendly right since I met her .. though she was busy giggling and chatting around which clearly showed that she was least concerned about my hair do and never tried to ask me or make me feel comfortable.. m.. my hair were pretty short and after completing she started demanding for extra money telling me my length was past shoulders… before cutting my length of hair I clearly instructed her that she should trim minimum of my length whichever needed.. but at the end she turned up demanding money for cutting down my hair length by 5 inches which I had never told her leaving my hair look awfully awkward..
