Today I had a first-time appointment with Mychel. Wonderful experience!! Everyone I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with there has been extremely helpful, friendly, patient, and genuinely pleasant. The receptionist asked questions about my current style as well as the style I was hoping to get. I’ve never been asked those questions before. Great customer service!! Mychel was a treat to work with. She was helpful in answering styling questions, suggested a beautiful color for my hair, did a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair, and was so fun to talk to. After recently moving back to the area, I have found my new favorite place to get my hair done, chit chat, and have a relaxing bit of me time with some wonderful ladies. Thank you so much!!
