Great disappointment after being the patient for many years. Naira Tichy attacked me verbally after i refused to be seen by her in order to change my medicine. I made an appointment with Dr Kepko and the office put me with her by mistake. I tried to explained to her that its not personal, I just want to be seen by the doctor. She got very upset and rude to me. She even repeated few times “No, no, i take it personal” Really?! Is it even legal to tell something like that to a patient? But I should not be so surprised since Naira never says “Hello” or pretends that she does not speak Russian when my mother in law comes to the office by herself. My mother in law does not speak English and never ever Naira helped her during her visits. But I guess Dr. Kepko is not concerned that his employee has problems with her anger and behaves so unprofessional with the patients. Oh well… Never coming back!!!

I had used Red Rose several times for Botox. I had made an appointment and left the $50 deposit over the phone. On my appointment day I had an unexpected delay because of a new job. I called, apologized, and tried to reschedule for a different day. I was told $25 of my deposit would be non-refundable and would not be used toward my reschedule appointment. Disappointed with the forfeiture, I decided to not reschedule and requested the remaining $25 from my deposit be refunded to me.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and intelligent. I had minimal discomfort during my lip injections. Afterwards they were swollen but ended up being exactly what I asked for once they healed! The doctor listened to my preferences and gave me my dream lips. I will keep going back. They also have specials on juvederm and other treatments during certain months throughout the year. You can’t beat that.

Always Had great treatment at the Levitt town office with Dr. kepko. But I begin to go to the location in Hamilton where Dr. kepko is located at on Tuesdays. I was told I had to see a lady I think her name Naira, I only think that’s her name because Dr. kepko introduced me to her along time ago but she never told me her name. I’ve never felt so mistreated before she told me I needed a lot more units than last time because I am older now and she had told me over the phone that if I didn’t like it I could come in for a touchup which when I went in she completely forgot about that idea and told me I had to pay another $110. I used to feel like family years ago. Now Since they are no longer passing out flyers at salons for the girls to get Botox and Since they opened the Hamilton location it’s A brand new attitude.

Dr. Kepko and Naira are amazing!!! Jackie is wonderful too!! I always have the best experience at Red Rose!! Dr. Kepko is perfection with Botox and Juvaderm. The only Doctor I know thus far that uses techniques to prevent swelling and bruising afterwards. Naira is excellent at the Thread Lift and Juvaderm (as well). They offer so many non invasive beauty maintenance services and weight management. I would highly recommend making an appointment there!!

Naira is AMAZING!!! She takes a vested interest in not only making sure she knows what you want but also what is the best treatment plan for you to ensure the greatest results. Naira is a skilled injector who put me at ease, addressed every question and concern I had and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. My deflated cheeks with just a syringe of Juvederm are fuller again, turning the clock back at least 8 years! I would also strongly recommend to anyone contemplating a mini face lift to start with threading and the C02 facial as well. The results of both far exceeded my expectations so much so I don’t ever intend to step foot in a plastic surgeons office!! Thank you Naira!!

I spoke with Dr. Nick Puccio of Red Rose Rejuvenation and he worked with me on what was wrong with my current diet, and what I needed to achieve my “goals” of slimming down. I followed the program Red Rose was able to put together for me, and in a short period of time I had lost over 15lbs of unwanted body weight. Friends and family are commenting on how great I look and how noticeable the lost weight is. I’m excited to continue to work with Red Rose and continue my progress!
