So dissapounted! I went to their website to order a foot massage! In which they only give you one option, so in the notes I stated I also wanted a back massage! When I got there the lady told me my order didn’t go through right away since it was done online! I told her I ordered a foot massage and wanted a massage as well! When I got to the back they took me to the massage room which was fine. Once I finished I went to the foot massage area the lady stated I couldn’t get my foot massage because they were busy and I was only to get the back massage. I told her my initial visit was for the foot massage and that was the reason for me coming there! It was a little back and forth and she still wouldn’t honor my initial order! I rather the foot massage because my feet were hurting! The sad thing about it, I had $50 tip on top of the price I was willing to pay! I left the place with my feet still sore and they lost a good customer!

Amazing place. $50 massages at the time of this review. Warm dark ambiance. Massage was great and the masseuse was very nice and hospitable. Parking is separate from the giant parking lot next to it.

This is my third visit there and I’m very happy with the service! Lily is one of the best masseuse I ever had (I’ve been getting massages for 12 years). If you want to relax some tight muscles, then you need to visit this place!

The customer service & professionalism is absolutely horrible here! I would not ever return & wouldn’t recommend. They changed my appointment 2x without any consideration to my schedule and tried to tell me how much I have to tip after tipping over 11% and after giving a extra few bucks to shut the cashier lady up and go on my way I hear her shout out to the back my original tip amount like a joke and started laughing with her workers 100% ungrateful for their customers!!! I would’ve given it 1 star but I do agree that they do give a good price for their service but how they treat the customer over shadows that.

I purchased several massages for my wife and daughters thru Groupon for Christmas. WHAT A MISTAKE! Massages are meant to relax people BUT my family came back more tense than ever. They didn’t have our reservation in their system (which I noticed was a problem in other reviews as well) even though I confirmed on the phone twice and they said “its not going to be a problem” . The hysterical lady at the front desk had to call the Boss who spoke to my wife ON THE PHONE berating/mocking her, and was extremely unprofessional. After that mess, there massages started BUT people were yelling outside the rooms, people were popping in and out of the massage room. There was no way of enjoying it. The women giving the massages were very nice and apologetic though. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I rarely post negative reviews but I had to in this instance.

I wish I didn’t have to even put a star at all! They are horrible! I purchased my voucher on Groupon and made an appointment on their website. When I got their the employee handed me the phone to speak with the owner and she proceeds to tell me that I didn’t make an appointment nor did she “have the time” and why I didn’t call her directly! First off the store number is only listed on the website so if that’s the case then you NEED to display your direct contact too! I immediately pulled up all the confirmation as well as the time for my appointment to show the employee but she acted like she didn’t know what she was looking at so I then told the owner I will gladly send a screenshot and send it to her and she refused! She didn’t even try to accommodate me then had the nerve to tell me she was so sorry and how she felt bad smh. You should be bad for poor service and you call yourself a “boss”

Only to find out they DON’T have me listed for an appointment. The lady I spoke with at the desk tells me we don’t have you listed call my boss we’re busy. I’ve been here before and had a great experience. Telling everyone about this place so my niece gave me a Groupon to come back. But unfortunately after this experience I will not be returning. And WILL NOT recommend them. Trying to support small businesses during these trying times is hard enough but with this type of unprofessionalism makes it worst. I was given the phone number to call the boss. And she’s trying to get me to come back later. The point of an appointment is to come at that time. I have other things I scheduled after this. This was an interesting experience. The message was excellent. However if you are looking for a quiet and serene massage that allows you to drift off to sleep, this is not the place for you. My therapist cell phone rang twice, her son kept calling for her so their was plenty interruption, and the credit card machine would not work. I went across the street to the ATM to get her a $10 tip (my partner purchased on groupon) simply because THE MASSAGE WAS GOOD!

I’ve been here 5x and definitely plan on going back! Every time is amazing and relaxing. While it seems no frills, they’re more than willing to accommodate everyone, even taking me in for an hour massage at 745pm. They’re a wonderful team, and the price can’t be beat
