I used to go to Great Nails, which I loved, but my girl was NEVER on time. I always had an appointment and it never failed I would have to wait 20-30 minutes. So I went to several other local nail salons until I found Red Persimmons. Suong (Sunny) does a fantastic job and she is ON TIME for my appointments. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly.

Nice staff, but the salon is very dirty. There were nail clippings and dirt all over the floor. The towels they used were covered in stains, and the chairs are torn. Their regular polish rack has a bunch of random brands, I expect OPI and Essie. Won’t return based on this experience.

My stepmom and I go here every two weeks. I usually like them, but my last visit was so bad that we will not be going back. We had an appointment for a pedicure at 1:30. They took my stepmom and I was sat waiting for an hour. At 2:20pm she was done and they told me they wouldn’t take me because an elderly woman came in with an appointment for 2pm. If I had to wait an hour for MY appointment why do I get skipped over for a different lady to get her appointment? It was unprofessional. We will NEVER go back again. I went to Sally’s up the street from them and they were amazing. Very friendly and nice. We would’ve rescheduled if they weren’t able to take us both (even though we both had an appointment) no problem, but instead they waited till they finished my stepmom to tell us they were going to take the elder lady instead.

Critical: ProfessionalismThese two girls working there must be miserable because they called my daughter’s over and did not introduce themselves or talk the whole time! I tried initiating conversation with Christina ( I think her name was) and she seemed annoyed that I tried talking to her. Through out the visit she was constantly checking her phone and even joked about how much she hated her kids! So awkward and unprofessional! What happened to service with a smile??? We have been there before and saw Joe and Anna and they were great! Not to mention my daughter’s gel manicure was already chipping that same night! I tried initiating conversation with Christina ( I think her name was) and she seemed annoyed that I tried talking to her.
