Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAbsolutely horrible. Take everyone’s reviews for it.Made an appointment for 3:00 for mani and pedi. Dip mani. At 3:45 I was finally sat down to get one of the worst pedicures. Nail polish all over my toes, and by a very rude technician. Then they sat me down again to wait now it’s 4:45 to wait longer to have someone to do my manicure they said 20-30 MORE MINUTES just to start my Manicure.I would have been there for over 3/1-2 hours with an appointment that I was on time for. My appointment was at 3:00 and I walked out at 4:45 with only a 1 star pedicure because they did not know how to take off the dip power they put on 3 weeks ago. If you are short staffed don’t make appointments you can’t commit to. Save your time and money and go somewhere who care about your business and take pride in their services and operations.Service: ManicureAbsolutely horrible. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueAnytime I go here, I am never satisfied, but I had a gift certificate so I decided to give them one last try. I got there and I was the only person in the seating area – a few nail techs were at their stations watching their phones and iPads. I waited for 30 minutes before they finally sat me in a chair – another lady had come in 10 minutes after me, without an appointment, and was taken right away. They sat me at the guy’s station and I showed him what I wanted: a clear/pink color with a glittery tip and a small white line drawn directly under the glittery tip. I had nail polish on prior so I took it off but there was still a little in the corners that I figured he’d get; he didn’t so i had a light shade with a dark shade on the corners of my nails. He tried to do the white lines for 30 minutes! He’d start in the corner then instead of going to the other corner, he’d curve his hand and ended the line in the bottom corner of the other side – not at all like I asked for. After the attempts, I told him to forget the white line and just do the tips. I liked how my nails looked but I had to leave because I’d been there since 11:15 and my kids were getting out of school – it was now 2:00! Within two days my nails were coming up on the corners – I watched him add liquid to the nail color instead of getting a new bottle! Their sign says the nails last for 2 weeks – today is a week since I got them done and they all came off last night because they were popping off and chipping. Anytime I go here, I am never satisfied, but I had a gift certificate so I decided to give them one last try. I got there and I was the only person in the seating area – a few nail techs were at their stations watching their phones and iPads.
