I took my little cousin to get her nails done for the first time here 11/20 about 3PM. The nail tech said wow and I said yes she is tall like me. She said, she’s also big this way and held out her arms. We had said she plays basketball and she said maybe that will help her lose weight because she is very fat and pointed at her stomach. I told the tech that she’s a little kid and will grow out of it. My cousin pretended to not understand her accent and smiled behind tears. I talked to my cousin after and she told me that lady was very mean and yelled at her when I was across the room, with miscommunication on where she was supposed to place her nails to dry. The techs said the mani pedis were $40 for each of us, however the man at the counter charged $100 and asked for tip. Because I believe in karma and my tech was professional, I still tipped $20 but we will never go there again. I didn’t get the name but she had a red sweater and green vest.

Went here because I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere else. I had an appointment at 10:30 but didn’t even sit in the chair to get my nails done until 11:40. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was told I would be seen by 10:30. This place is extremely busy and I doesn’t matter if you have an appointment its more of a first come, first serve type of place. The lady who did my nails did a good job. She gave me exactly what I had asked for and kept asking if they looked ok throughout the process. I got French tip with white and natural powder. The gentleman who always answers the phone and receives payment was rude. He didn’t even confirm my total or speak to me. He just set the ticket down on the counter of how much it cost and waited for me to pay. I will have to see if the nails hold up to decide if I will return.

I have some of the worst ingrown toenails ever. Today, my pedicurist had to dig out deep in-grown toenails embedded on both sides of the nail on 8 out of 10 toes. She worked patiently and tirelessly for one hour before proceeding with the rest of the pedicure. If it were not for this pedicurist at Red Persimmon, I would have to see a podiatrist twice a month and I’m sure I would not receive the same gentle service.

This place is trash and un professional in so many ways. the lady in the red sweater with green vest who did a customer and her daughters nails today 11.20.22had the nerve to call the little girl who was tall for her age call the 8 yr old fat and continue to call her fat right in front of her. Who the he’ll does that. Are you kidding me. You should go dig a hole and jump in it. Your mouth needs to be zipped if you are not having a good day. . Who ever owns this shop needs to get rid of her because she will. Bring your business down.

We’ve been to this location many times and never had a bad experience before covid. However we finally decided to return and our experience was a very negative one. We had an appointment at 10 for dip powder and the other acrylic. Receptionist made us wait 30 minutes meanwhile allowing walk ins and telling them wait time was 15-20 minutes despite there was already people waiting and no available technicians. My mom was seated and was told by the receptionist she will start removing her nails first and was left seating there for over 1hr. I was seated 40 minutes after her. All while the walk in we’re only waiting 15 min. And seated within that time with tech. Starting on their nails/toenails. Over an hour passed and my mom still didn’t have anyone working on her nails and still sitting with foil on her nails. She finally asked the receptionist and told her how much longer will you have me waiting , the girl had no response and my mom just literally told her just take them off. This type of service occurs when their is Someone in charge who has no idea what to do and such poor scheduling and prioritizing walk ins. Priority was going toward the people getting pedicures despite them being walk ins. My Mom did not get her nails done as was scheduled. I do not put any blame toward the techs for this experience , we had 3 of them approach my mom and apologize over and over. They even explained how they didn’t have tech available because only a few know how to do dip powder. Not once did the girl In charge explain or apologize for this . It honestly seemed unfair to the technicians and customers that the receptionist wasn’t being honest with walk ins and still allowed them to walk in.Extremely unfortunate. I will be back but my mom will not, and though I wanted to give a low star review for this experience I don’t want too as we have been customers for a very long time but I think this is something that should have never happened.
