I’ve been doing gel acrylic for about 7 years. It was my second visit at this store and look what LISA has done to me. I got nail fungus. Today i had too much pain in my fingers and i tried to remove one of the nail and got me surprised as it has never happened before my nails got fungus inside. Today I stopped by to ask her to remove all the nails for me as I was having pain and Lisa refused me and told me ask somebody else to do it. She displayed rude attitude and told me she has an appointment with somebody in 15 minutes so she doesn’t have time to even check what happened. Such a careless person!!!she didn’t even spend 5 minutes to take care of her mistake.The owner was there and she didn’t take any action too.I sent them my friends and coworkers to support the local business but now after this horrific incident and careless employees i think it’s better for the community if unprofessional business like this that doesn’t abide health and safety standards by not sterilizing equipments and tools after each customers should shut down.

I work nearby and I needed a polish change before an upcoming trip. I stopped in on a whim and decided on a manicure instead. I’m so happy I did! It was the best mani I’ve had in awhile. She took her time, did a great massage, used warm towels and lovely citrusy scented warm lotion. I wish I had asked her name in case I need to stop in again!

Amazing service and super friendly staff. I don’t typically do Mani/pedis, but I was treating myself after a long international vacation work very sore limbs. The girls did an excellent job on my very dry feet and beautiful job on all my nails. The massages were relaxing and not painful. The price was a little more than I expected, but I did add in some upgrades. I enjoyed it so much, I might have to start making this a regular treat for myself!

Critical: ProfessionalismInstead of making a scene about the length I wanted my nails in front of everyone why not just come to me. The ladies didn’t want to help me at all and I waited for 20 minutes and people that would walk in would get helped before me. So ridiculous and very unprofessional. Will never come here nor recommend.

Everything about this place is amazing. Everyone is friendly and took great care of my mom and I. We went without in appointment for just a full set and ended up also getting eyelash extensions. Reasonably priced and the work they do is fantastic. My mom drove all the way from Los Angeles just to come here specifically because they do such a great job and Donna thank you for everything!

Vicky does a fabulous pedicure and I highly recommend paying extra for a longer massage. Most places just rub and tap. Vicky hit all the right spots and just the right amount of pressure.
