I’ve been to this nail salon several times and it’s been a long time since I’ve been back. Waste of my time. The nail tech that started my pedicure was horrible!!! He half did everything real lazy job. Then he cut me and when I bled he didn’t even try to stop it just filed right over it. Gross! I had to ask him to stop the bleeding. He was doing such a bad job with one foot I just had to stop him. I wasn’t about to pay for the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. He tells the manager and you know what he did? NOTHING he didn’t apologize or even offer another nail technician just looked at me and walked away. Very poor customer service. But after this experience I’d be more than happy to get a pedicure elsewhere. Then the manager still expected me to pay for my service! Just rude inconsiderate and unprofessional. He literally said next time and I was like no next sir..Sad to see how the place has been downgraded since my last visit.

**update*** They did an excellent job at making things better. Great customer service. Went here on 12/12/22 for a mani /pedi. I knew she was a little rough but after day 2 this is what I have. Swollen irritated (possibly infected) toe! I can’t wear closed toe shoes. I’ve been trying to keep it clean with peroxide.

Just walked out after standing at the desk for 10 minutes and was not greeted. There were 2 techs and 2 customers. No one acknowledged us. We clearly heard someone in the back moving around…… NOTHING! We walked out…..I called the shop on my way to Ovilla Nsils around the corner. Someone answered and claimed she just walked in from getting lunch. She couldn’t have without me seeing her. I’m sure she is the person we heard in the back. She claimed the techs don’t speak English. I’m sorry but a head nod is universal laguage. This is used to be the best nail shop. It has gone down considerably. Won’t be back. I’m at Ovilla nails getting a great pedicure as I type this.

The tech was very nice and staff friendly but they were expensive and I had 2 nails break within a week. Then 2 more break 2 days after that. So not even 2 weeks and 4 nails broke. Will not use again Sculpted nails, Dip powder, Pedicure

Went to go get a mani and pedi and the lady that was doing my nails she caught a attitude with me because I told her to take of one of my nails because it was very crooked then after she gets done she don’t put cuticle oil on my nails. When I ask she starts talking in her Language, and rolling her eyes then when I get done my thumb is crooked too. I asked for her name she didn’t want to give it to me nor the lady that was doing my feet. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!

I always go in without an appt and receive adequate service. I always tip 20%. This time I made an appt and asked for nail techs that would do a really good job because I have somewhere to go this weekend. Passive aggressively they gave me the worst nail techs. I went to get my nails done for thanksgiving break. The lady who file my nails she roughed the edges. I ask her to file gently and act like she didn’t hear me. I ask if I can get a square/circle. Also I didn’t know that not doing cuticle was not part of the manicure. As you can see it needed to be done. I left very unhappy and unsatisfied with the service. My $40 went down the drain.

I asked the lady to shorten them and she was very rude and cut them very short (unlike what I asked). I told her that this is not what I want, and they said they don’t have anyone who can do better, and everyone after that was very rude to me. They also said I was ruse because I wouldn’t agree to do my nails the style they wanted. They cut my skin and didn’t even care about that.
