I got gel fill and pedicure. My pedicure came out great, my gel fill not so much. The paint chipped entirely off one nail the same day and I could clearly see where it was starting to happen on other nails. When I called the next day I was just told “no, I don’t think so” like they straight up didn’t believe me. I’m upset because I don’t have a lot of money, I have to live with these terrible looking nails until I can again afford a manicure to fix their mess.

It was horrible. I got my pedi done first. The lady was rude, didn’t ask how short I wanted my toes. I told her I wanted my nails short. She said this how short they will go. I said fine. Was NOT pleased at all!! When it came to the color, I told her what I wanted. She then took the color sheets and and put them back on the wall, without asking me what color for my fill. She assumed that my toes and fingers will match. This happens every single time I go in. She quickly did my nails didn’t massage my legs or feet, like other places do. Next was my fill. The lady who did my fill was extremely horrible! Fist she asked when I got my nails done last. I said 5 weeks ago. She said you get them done here? I said no. She said okay, how do you want your nails? I said almond shape if possible. She then grabbed my figure and started to do my nails. She grabbed my fingers so hard it hurt. I told her, she apologized but still continued to do it. When she used the file, she scraped my skin. I would tell her she again, apologized, yet, continued to do it. I asked if they sold nails polish, as I an looking for specific colors. She said no, because I don’t have the proper equipment at home to do my nails! I told her I can being to other salons and use my own color. And I then informed her my friend can do my nails as well. So I told her I have the website I can just order through them. She then asked her coworker to find the colors in the back. She brought 1 color out said this is all I have. I asked how much. She took her time and said 18.00. I said okay. She then nicked 2 fingers to the point of them bleeding. She didnt stop, she just continued. At one point she told me my nails are yellow and this will then turn my fingers blue and they will become seriously infected and my fingers will fall off! She talked to her coworkers the whole time minus asking me questions and telling things. My toes hurt so bad from the lady who did my pedi. The lady asked me where I go and get my nails done, so I told her. She said the places I found to are the most expensive. She proclaims she has friends that work these places. This place charges without tip 45.00 for a fill. The other places I go to with a tip, 40.00. And I get treated better! They offer food and drinks. And please now that when I was there no one else was in the place, wmy friend and i were the only customers. I will NEVER go back here again!! My fingers and toes still hurt so bad!

It’s a good place to get regular nails done. If you want them all the same color, its a great place, but they make a super thick line for French manicure and they messed up a design of a heart we wanted. I Had to have them fix my nails 3 times since the fading of the nail design did not look right the 1st time. Then I asked for a French manicure and they made the lines super thick like half of my nail. Then, I was told to come back another day to have them fix it. I did cuz I couldn’t stand them.

I had my nails filled here yesterday. My nail gal was Anna and she did an amazing job. First of all, I live an hour and a half from the salon. I called just before 1 pm and asked if I could get in that afternoon. My appt was made for 2 pm (how great at the last minute). Got there a few minutes before 2 and was seated and she was getting started even before 2 pm. I have severe arthritis in my hands and sometimes it’s very painful to get my nails done when they twist my fingers every which way. Anna was very gentle and not once did my hands hurt. I had lost one tip and broke another one that morning (it had been 5 weeks since my last nail appt. It’s hard to get them done where I live unless you’re willing to settle for a mediocre job.) she asked if the one I broke needed to be replaced and I said no it was close enough in length to the others and my own nail was as long as the acrylic so we just left it. Less than 44 min later I was paying and headed out to the car where my hubby was patiently waiting. He was very surprised it was so quick. And I was completely pleased with how nice they look. The only thing that didn’t go right was my fault and mine alone. I walked off and left my BRAND NEW $900 iPhone on the table at her station. And didn’t realize it until I got home!!!! Called and the girl said I have it right here we’ve been waiting for you to come back or call. I first thought I’d go back I the morning because it’s an hour and a half there and then another hour and half home but like most people, my whole life is on my phone. Phone numbers my hubby doesn’t have and things I just couldn’t go without overnight. So he handed me his phone so I’d have one if I had car trouble and away I went (it was 4:30 and they didn’t close till 7) go there at 6 thanked them profusely and hoped in the car and high tailed it for home. Broke more than a few traffic laws on my way back and made it in about an hour and 10 min!!! Will be returning in about 3 weeks to get my next fill and will request Anna and next time I’ll keep my phone in the car!!!!!!! I highly recommend this salon if you want to get a good job done in a little amount of time, and at a very reasonable price.

I liked that they noticed i wasnt happy with my pedicure and convinced me to fix my french pedicure but it didnt work out and since i was on a time limit i just had nails painted solid red and they had a guy come fix the shape and file my fingers and toes + polish in less than 15 mins! Nice team work they really tried hard to make a good first impression. Im going back next week for sure!

I was in on a Friday to get a fill and my nails looked great,they did an excellent job. But,on Saturday, the polish completely peeled off of 2 of my nails… gel polish at that. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, I figured they would stand behind their work and fix it.
