You make an appointment only to be waiting for 30 minutes before anyone starts the service. My mom waited with her feet in the water for a pedi for one hour. Got here at 10:25, and still here almost 1:30pm. Super slow. They make appointments too close to each other then they keep turning people away because they can’t fufill. I was sat at a chair that had some sort of residue and the massage chair didn’t work.

Got them done a week ago and my daughter’s shellac polish already fell off, started falling off since day 4. That was $20…not worth it but it was her birthday. I got colored tips and Abby did a really good job for being so young. Cost me $35.

**UPDATE** Josie left and my recent pedicures have been disappointing. My toenails just end up not looking as neatly done as when Josie did them. Also, their polishes need to be replaced. Last couple of times I’ve gone the polish ends up with a “bubbly” finish and I was told that it is due to polishes being old. Unfair because these services are not cheap. Today I went to have my dip removed and was left with unremoved product on certain nails and residue and acetone all over my hands. I was offered to have it removed, but only after I commented on it and was getting ready to leave. NOT GOING BACK.

After waiting almost two hours with no explanation or update from the employees, we walked out. While waiting another customer came in and waiting 45mins without even being acknowledged. While waiting another customer came in and waiting 45mins without even being acknowledged. Seems like this rude behavior is normal for them.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSet up an appointment for myself and 2 other friends. I’m glad I did not get acrylic done because my friends did and they came out so ugly. Nothing alike to the picture we had shown them. The techs even usually take pictures of their work and they just so happened to not take a picture of the horrible nails they gave my friend. They were so long and poorly drawn, and all that for $62. We went back the next day and they would not give us a refund, only credit for a new set (why would we want that) or to redo the nails. And the whole time I was explaining the situation, the lady just kept doing her client’s nails and avoiding eye contact. So unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE.
