Worse set of nails and worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My 6 y/o granddaughter would’ve done better job. The lady that started my nails was very rough and while she was filing the tips I jerked my hand back and told her that was hurting and her response was “oh I cut u” and kinda laughs. I have file marks under and around most nails. Some nails even hurt when touched.

They will make you wait for hours, and once their favorite customers walk in, they’ll lie and tell you they had an appointment. They won’t let my feet soak, and rush to do them. They are so unprofessional, and do not care about giving a good pedicure anymore. Do not waste your time and money there. Worst place ever.

Talked me into getting service not asked for. Nails did not dry because of all the added acetone. 30 minutes later had to use bathroom all the nails messed up when trying to take pants off. When back to get repaint. It was a 2hour wait and still did not get to me so I left. Polished myself and nails were dry in less than 30 minutes.

They have selective customers. They make some people wait and then lie when “certain” customers come in and say they called in. They are very rude, they do not greet you or thank you for your business…Guess what Amazon Prime here I come. I will order my own supplues and keep my money in my pocket…two thumbs down.

It got a pedicure and they trimmed them uneven and after 2 1/2 hours I finally got my nails done and they were cut short than I wanted them. After all said and done and 3 1/2 hours later I finally got leave. Never again. If there ever a next time I will not be so nice.

The man was nice and all. But his station was very unsanitary…. His tools needed to be cleaner. And I never got a hand massage. Thought that is what manicures were for. Overall, nails were done fast but turned out decent. Will go to Lee Nails next time. Prefer cleaner stations for health assurance.
