Came to get my nails done and this place was highly recommended. However one whole hand has ridges/bubbles and with having ocd it really bothers me. My toes have been throbbing for 3days from over trimming the cuticle. I won’t be back for a service even tho they are courteous and friendly but I was very sad by the work. I hate doing bad reviews but for 120$ I expected much better.

This place is ALWAYS busy. But they are great folks. Cindy is excellent with pedicures. I don’t remember my nail lady’s name but I love my nails. I just don’t like the wait.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received today.I come here often however I will NEVER come back here again. I got my nails done by Hanna and I came in for a full set gel French tip and a FrenchI told them they can proceed to doing my nails tip gel on my toes. I was given the runaround on the prices. Once I got a official price which was $80 total. I told them they can proceed with my nails. Hannah put regular nail polish on my hands and I specifically asked for Gel. I told Hannah that I was unhappy with my service today and she simply shrugged her shoulders and started talking in her language. Didn’t offer to correct it, didn’t apologize she just started talking to her coworker. To which her coworker responded saying “I can wipe it all off and redo it and you pay $29 more dollars”. This Response was very disappointing being that I had been there for almost 2 hours and clearly let them know I felt this was not worth $80. Red nails over charges and undervalues their customers. I will not be returning here I suggest you don’t either!

Service there is ridiculous and awful , every nail was put on crooked and when asked to fix she kept saying she’s going to file them , it didn’t need filing it needed to be removed and put on straight, then when asked to remove them she said it will take 30 minutes to be seen . When the other owners were there I never had a problem, now these clowns don’t want to do a good job on your nails they want to rush . NEVER EVER GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING THEM NOT EVEN FOR A DOG NAIL CUT.
