I literally just just got a fresh,brand new full set and it looks like I need a fill in. Not to mention I asked about cutting my cuticles and he told me I had to pay for a manicure just to get that service done. Paid for that. I asked him could he at least put more fingernail polish at the top of my nails and he told me they don’t do that. Lol then had the nerve to say if I wanna tip I can write it in. They was uneven and a few filed too much on the sides so they skinny. At that point I just paid and left. They do feet ok but go somewhere else for your nails please

I miss the old staff that use to be there been coming here since 2008 n since the other staff left a year maybe 2 years ago it’s never been the same…. Uber n Mi r really good with the service I get but the guy who sits in the front with glasses is a trip he gets mad when or if you don’t want his service n after my last service which I didn’t have a choice cause I had to finish running around he filed my cuticle bed with the power fouler n when he went to polish n try cleaning up the excessive polish it burned painfully and he stated I didn’t do anything yes you did he say oh maybe when I filed… you knew exactly what you did… n as sitting there I notice when ppl come in for pedicures they rinse those supplies off n sit them under that light for a min or so not sure how fast it cleans or sterilize them but I won’t be back this establishment has went down tremendously

The person who services me did an excellent job very pleased. Was there a bit longer than I planned bc they were very busy. They asked if you could wait but didn’t specify how long the wait would be. But did apologize a couple people left bc of tuff long wait.

Nice shop, great customer service, a bit pricey but ask for Kayden and you definitely get your money’s worth. Fast service and attention to detail, my hands and feet never felt or looked this good. Thanks kayden, I’ll see you in two weeks.

They do a pretty good job at the customers request. No waiting, they have enough personnel…And I love the way they don’t file down your own nails, they are very careful.

Great service. Don’t go on the weekend. I think due to covid staff may have been. Cut back slightly. So, peek days (Thurs,Fri and Sat) are a little busy. Early in the week during the day is best.

There is one really good worker there but I felt very uncomfortable when the tech told me she couldnt do my nails because one of the males messed up my nails on a previous visit. She was upset that she had to fix all of them free of charge. Although there was no argument or words exchanges at the time of fixing the nails.

Terrible customer service. The one female tech that was closest ti the door saw me but wouldn’t get off her tablet to greet me. I asked her a question about service and she had a nasty attitude. I was given one price for service and when I was picking a color preparing to sit down I was told another price that was $12 more. I walked out. This explains why this was the only empty nail shop in the area today.
