I’ve been going to this nail salon for over ten years. I went in for a polish change Saturday and her sign states $8 but I was charged $12 because another salon had did my fill in. I reported this to the board. It’s not right to overcharge people because they went to another salon as I have done several times.

1st time visit. Kim was very nice but she did a very poor job on my SNS. I finally left after she made several attempts to make me happy w/ my nails. They are uneven, the color doesn’t go all the way to the sides of nails in several places & there is dust in every nails finish. Usually SNS looks shiny & clear & mine are dusty/cloudy. I’m giving 2 stars simply based on the effort & that she tried to correct, however I just don’t think the skill was there. It took over an hour ( too long for SNS) & cost $35. for nails I will have to have redone before Easter.
