I will not return. My polish didn’t dry after an hour of my service. They tried to charge me $10 more than actual price. I had to get their price list to show them. During services they keep bugging me & other clients for extra services. I genuinely felt like they only cared about how much money they can get from me instead of walking out the door feeling relaxed and beautiful.

I have been looking for a shop that makes me feel comfortable and I can understand what’s going on. My nails have cracked like crazy with my powder nails at the last few shops I’ve been to after only 1 week. If it’s a product problem okay, but this shop made a point to make sure I got what I wanted…and guess what no cracking yet… YEAH!

Went here and the lady dropped hot wax onto my entire eyelid during the eyebrow wax, had to peel off most of my lashes. My eye was burning and on fire, then she had the audacity to still make me pay for the service. The time before that, I took my daughter to get pedicures and another woman dipped my daughters foot into boiling hot wax in a bag causing severe pain and actual burns. Of course they still charged full price. DO NOT GO HERE.
