Let me just say I went in with the expectation of getting a service done! Let me just say I wasted time waiting to get seen just to be told “ugh someone else can do your nails” and slammed the box of nails to the side on top where it nearly almost hit my hand!!! It was unprofessional, horrible staff service, and I was extremely disappointed that I wasted so much time with the hope of getting my nails done I will be contacting corporate because my visit was horrible if I could I wouldn’t even give them 1 star

I’ve been getting my nails done in Fayetteville for years. I had my nails done in Red nails in CLINTON NC. FULL.GEL COST 40.00 THE FIRST TIME. DID YARD WORK LOST A FEW. I WENT BACK FOR FULLSET. THE SAME THING WAS 5 DOLLARS MORE FOR FULLSET 4 WEEKS LATER. TODAY WAS 45.00 FOR A FILL IN. ONE NAIL WAS REPLACED. I JUST HAD THEM DONE 2 WEEK AND1/2 WEEKS AGO. PRICES ARE TOO HIGH. 25 DOLLARS MORE THAN MY Unique Nails in Fayetteville. Done ✔️ going back to my place. Get everything done at one place eyebrows. Also , the take cards and cash.

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 5 years now. Never have I paid that much for just a full set acrylics. No design, no sparkles, just nails a one color (with a glitter overlay on one nail per hand). My nails were not uniform, they looked like I had balls on my fingers. It was horrible. And an extra $10 just to have dry nails? Seriously? Wow. I went home and corrected them myself. Will NOT be going back.

Went for a pedicure all bc I didn’t want to drive to Fayetteville. Bad bad choice I should’ve drove. As far as the pedicure it was okay (only okay was the paint) but the in middle of service as she was taking out additional tools over came these fruit flies. My goodness never in my life have I experienced something like that. It’s like they were everywhere. I wanted her to put up whatever she bought out!!! As she was rubbing my feet she was trying to kill the flies with her hands while servicing me. Eww no ma’am I would give her an A for effort for trying but an F for being very very unsanitary. I also wanted to use the pedicure chair but could only use one setting bc the other settings made extremely loud noises. Had to definitely turn that off. She kept asking did I want to add on any service my goodness lady NO NO NO I was ready to get out that chair. I didn’t want to be rude I just really wanted to run out of there fast! I didn’t want to be there any longer. Her polish was good, the rub down was ok but could’ve been much better. I would not ever ever return I wouldn’t care if the service was free!!! Overall I went there to be relaxed bc I’m expecting anytime now but walked out more tense then I was when I walked in. Just bad wasn’t relaxed at all . A waste of my time bc I still ended up in Fayetteville but worth the drive .

That’s fine… after he is about finished with my nails I ask him about the stones and other decals and he says they don’t have them and pulled out this thing of little stones NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR. Once I informed them that I wasn’t pleased I was treated like I did something wrong. Very confrontational staff. I feel cheated and if I wold have known I wouldn’t have gotten ANY THING that I wanted I wouldn’t have been serviced and I felt like the man knew that. Service was ok not the best. The lady doing my nails was constantly stopping to watch lifetime. My daughter and I just got a polish and it was 20 a piece then lady looks at me for a tip. I tipped her but I shouldn’t had because she just made 20 dollars in 30 minutes.The ladies tip jar was full of 5 and even 10 dollar bills. Not likely will I go back there.

I like Red nails but don’t know when I will be going back anytime soon since the prices have doubled. They are really taking advantage of the customers it shouldn’t cost twice as much because of Coronavirus I just don’t believe to get your nails done should not cost $40 and eyebrows $12 you don’t have $12 worth hair on your brows. Their prices are outrageous ! I simply can’t just giveaway money like that. Just because they can charge you what they want it should be against the law.
