Ive had great experiences here with pedicures. But manicures are a different story. Especially when I get the only man that works here (sorry I never asked for his name). He’s incredibly rough and works really fast so you don’t even get to have a relaxing and enjoyable mani/pedi. You also have to walk him through the entire thing or else he doesn’t do simple things like cut your cuticles. Today was my worst experience so far and I just had to write a review. I’m leaving feeling miserable and my hands hurt because of him. I have multiple cuts on my cuticles and also around my nail from how rough he was filing them. If you go here please make sure to ask for one of the women. They are usually great. Want to also say it cost me $72 for a gel mani and regular pedi.

However, I called the other day and let them know. They said come in to have them fixed so I did. They look amazing as always and Sophia is an AMAZING nail tech. She did a fantastic job. I got my nails done on the 3rd and they were beautiful, but by the 5th they started to pop off and chip and I was upset. However, I called the other day and let them know. They said come in to have them fixed so I did. They look amazing as always and Sophia is an AMAZING nail tech. She did a fantastic job. I’m always so happy after I leave. She is so friendly and talkative. Thank you for everything!

Critical: QualityI have come here numerous times over the past 3 years. I am so disappointed. Last time I was here it took 2 hours to do just a acrylic fill. Today they must have given me a new girl named Helen. She cut me 3 times and made me bleed. My nails turned out terribly, the design was smudged. They didn’t even offer a discount. Not only does the normal pedicure come with a good massage with hot rocks, you also get a massage when drying on your shoulders. They really take good care when painting your nails and make you feel welcome. We go every month to get pedicures and it is AMAZING. Not only does the normal pedicure come with a good massage with hot rocks, you also get a massage when drying on your shoulders. They really take good care when painting your nails and make you feel welcome. Although they do a nice pedicure, my last 2 manicures have been poor. Gel mani, polish on one nail came off 3 days after and another nail the next day. Got in there to have it fixed. New nail polish and new color gel, have 2 chips on 2 different nails plus edges of nails are rough. I think I need a new salon. Very disappointed

My daughter went and got a full set was charged $90 and came home with the worst looking nails and cuts and bruised nails. We went there to speak to the owner and asked that my daughter be refunded and she said they would give her a credit. Like she would ever be going back there !! So unprofessional and she clearly looked at her nails what makes her think we would ever go back ?

Critical: QualityMy husband and I went in for mani and pedi’s over the weekend. I was able to call and made an appointment very easily. our pedicures were 10/10. as for our mani’s…. I got gel and my husband got a regular manicure. It looks like a child cut his nails, they are VERY uneven and some nails are longer than the others? It seriously looks like he did it while drunk in the bathroom in the middle of the night. and my gel nails were cut WAY to short, my pinky is so short i can see under my skin and it hurts to the touch. the nail polish is unevenly coating my nails AND its all around my finger too..
