Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent here for a manicure & pedicure yesterday!! I was so unsatisfied with my service, I got shellac on my finger nails and halfway through the day my fingers were black because they didn’t dry all the way!! When I got home I tried putting them under my own nail UV LED light and it helped at little bit. BUT THEN I get to work today and this happens?! I get shellac for a reason!! Went here for a manicure & pedicure yesterday!! I was so unsatisfied with my service, I got shellac on my finger nails and halfway through the day my fingers were black because they didn’t dry all the way!! 2nd time going for pedicure. I sent back because the first time, was incredible. this guy that did my nails had an attitude, and did a poor job. first time I had to ever yell ouch. I’m the type to tip, and I almost didn’t. I tipped him 5.00, when I handed him the charge receipt, no thank you or anything, he just took it and walked away. on top of it all, he did a horrible job. go there with caution. I don’t think I will ever go back, there are too many nail salons to go to one that offers poor service and does a mediocre job. Just RUDE?

Asked for a new set of acrylics. I was the only one in the shop he has me choose a color. Again I said I want acrylic powder take these off. He continues to just do a fill in anyways, and starts matching my old color. Why did he let me choose a new color idk. I have limited time so I went with it. Another lady walks in for a pedicure. He left me to go start with her so I just left and won’t be back

I went here to get my acrylics taken off and to get A gel manicure. It was a very sloppy job, they did not take off my nails completely. And have the nerve to up charge me full price, hell naw. I would not recommend this place to nobody. Terrible service.! And Co workers was giving each other foot massages very unprofessional. Manicure

There was maybe 5 other customers in the store when i went with 4 staff members and i had to wait 2 and a half hours for the worse service i have ever gotten. Just rinse with water. $30 to get my nails painted and not even a week later all the nail poilsh has chipped off. When i kindly asked about the price being so much the lady got very upset with me. Originally went to give this place a 4 star until I actually really looked at the paint job on my toes. He didn’t quite cover all of the nails on both feet, but they do look nice and still did a better job than the ladies at Nail First by Walmart. They are really understaffed to the point that 4 different women got up and left. BUT the guy who did my pedicure definitely took his time and my feet feel SOFT unlike how they felt when I left Nail first (my feet were still dry and cracked). He didn’t rush which is part of the reason the wait is so long there, which honestly I enjoyed. It shouldn’t be rushed. They barely speak English but the atmosphere is quiet which as a stay at home mom with constant noise, I enjoyed. Will definitely go back! No nail salon will ever be perfect but this place wasn’t too bad
