Jojo in particular is so good. I’m very picky when it comes to nails and also very extra. No matter what length or shape or design, I always walk out with beautiful nails and toes. She’s so good.

I went in there today after having two good experiences with lisa, I had tried calling the night before and all morning and nobody was answering the phone so I showed up without an appointment. Lisa was busy so I got stuck with the girl at the counter. When finished filing my nails, I pointed out that one of them was crooked because of the way she filed one side and she told me I need a new nail put on and that my nail grows crooked, that’s funny because this is the first time it’s ever “grown” crooked even though I’ve had my nails done for over 20 years of my life, she refused to file/fix it. (You can see in the photo how badly it’s pointing a different way than the rest.)

Got a full set last Monday. $65 for acrylic with a “French tip design”. Besides it being very busy and waiting even though I made an appt I had a good experience. Until yesterday. My first day of vacation and 2 of my nails have already popped off. I wouldn’t go back. Waste of money.

I got my nails done here this past Friday. It looked pretty busy but they managed to squeeze my sister and I in. I showed them a picture of the design I wanted, and let them know that I wanted dip. After she finished the dip on my nails she told me that the design I wanted would be an extra $25, but by then I couldn’t change my mind on what I wanted because the dip color was already on my nails, now limiting my choice. So I let her do the design and when she was done, my nails were all different lengths, and shorter than I had wanted, they were not square shaped, and they flared out instead. I called them and told them that after looking at them I really didn’t like them and that a lot was wrong with them. They told me to come in for an appointment today, so I did. When I got there they looked at my nails and told me that they could reshape my nails and redo the design but they can’t redo the whole thing or I would have to pay for the full thing again. When I had already spent $75 on these nails that I don’t like. I would of had them reshape them and redo the design if the lady before didn’t make them way shorter than I asked. And after 3 days of having these nails one already broke on the corner.

I have been coming to this place for years. I am 21 and have been getting acrylics since I was 12 years old and have come to Red 90% of the time. 4 days ago, I got an acrylic fill with designs on my pointer and middle fingers for $65 plus a $10 tip. Today, 4 nails on my right hand were lifting and 2 on my left. Only after 4 days. I called and asked if I could come in and have this taken care of because I paid a lot of money to have all of my nails lifting/popping off in less than a week and they said yes come in. When I got there I was greeted with an attitude and told I could not have a new set even though all of my nails were lifting. I explained that for the money I paid this is not fair and clearly a fault of the nail tech for not prepping my nail beds correctly and she told me my nails can’t handle acrylic, Im popping them off myself, etc. She did fix them but I received an attitude the entire time and a customer even apologized to me for the treatment I was receiving. 10 years of giving to my money to this business and this is how they treat their customers when they provide bad service? I am so disappointed and will not return.
