Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have found a staff that is actually smiling, attentive, fun without taking away from their professionalism. I am greeted from the time I walk into this facility with a smile and it carries over to every single staff member. I feel valued as a customer during every single monthly visit. The providers are amazing and communicate with me on every aspect of my visits, I have never left without having all of my questions answered and my goals outlined for the upcoming month. The staff is encouraging and never discouraging when it comes to my goals. I always walk out after an appointment and feel that every single staff member is routing for my success! I have found a staff that is actually smiling, attentive, fun without taking away from their professionalism. I am greeted from the time I walk into this facility with a smile and it carries over to every single staff member. I feel valued as a customer during every single monthly visit. After talking with a few staff members, I’m very excited about my journey to better health.**Update: I have now been on the plan three weeks and the staff have been very helpful and encouraging. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI tried RM3 and i unfortunately could not do it because my body was allergic to the the main component. I expressed my concerns to the people in RM in Avondale. They were so nice and helpful to figure out a game plan for what to do next. But I was still unable to continue with the program. They were accommodating and understanding to my situation. I tried RM3 and i unfortunately could not do it because my body was allergic to the the main component. I expressed my concerns to the people in RM in Avondale. They were so nice and helpful to figure out a game plan for what to do next. But I was still unable to continue with the program. They were accommodating and understanding to my situation. Everyone at RM are wonderful and I would recommend RM to everyone.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI just finished my first month and the program definitely works.But the experience with the office staff has been horrible. I would go in very frequently for my shots and to purchase shakes, when ever I would go in all glammed up and looking nice I would get the best treatment, I would even be offered water more than once. But some days after long days, I would go in not looking my best, with just a T-shirt and a bun and I would get the worst treatment, I wouldn’t even be offered water and I would be ignored and one time I even went in to purchase shakes not looking my best and the receptionist even told me that if I thought I was going to get them for free I was not, I could not believe she told me that, I never expected to get anything for free, I told her I knew that and that I came in to purchase, not get anything for free. I can’t believe how horribly I was judged by the way I looked and by choosing to just wear a tshirt and pull my hair up. If I went in not looking my best I knew I was not going to be offered water. I knew that if I went in looking nice I would get the best treatment.At the beginning I was under the impression that I would have a support system when I went in but the staff is not trained to be non judgmental, it makes me sad. I ended up getting the canister of protein shake (which is not as convenient) and getting shots for home use because I didn’t want to get all glammed up for a 15 minute appointment.I was never called when my medication was in, I had to be calling.I was never weighed in the whole month and my progress was never looked at.I was weighed when I went in to my appointment to start my second month. Today I picked up my medication for my second month, and again I pulled my hair up and a T-shirt and I was not even offered water.I will see how this month goes. I do not look forward to going in that office. I just feel sad that I thought this was going to be a great support system and not just a weight loss clinic.Maybe Red mountain should just not give that impression at the initial appointment, because there are a lot of people with low self esteem or other problems that going in to get helped.
