The worst service imaginable. I went in for a hair styling and paid $120 for just straight hair with no volume. At home, just after washing my hair, they lie better than after styling in this salon. Absolutely worst salon and customer service. After doing a service that was not the one requested and being overcharged 600$ my hair was completely burnt from root to end. I lost 50 percent of my bangs. That means I lost hair from the root where is more visible. My hair is still like rubber and the rest completely dry. I requested for at least refund. And they just gave me 300$ (half) and of course they never apologized. I’m still suffering after 3 months. I had to cut my hair and spend tons of $$$ in treatment, plus the beginning without hair at the front that was completely traumatic.

I have used this Salon for years to have my hair cut. The service was always amazing. I recently booked a pedicure based on my previous experience. The service was simply the worst pedicure I have ever received. Not only did the technician not speak to me the whole time, my feet were the same when I left as they were when I arrived. The whole experience was no more than 20 minutes. Not even a goodbye from the technician. Clearly did not enjoy doing my pedicure but certainly accepted payment for $100+. After my service (or lack thereof) I received a text which requested a review. I answered just as I am here. To date I have not received one call or text about my experience. Will never return.
