This is not only my favorite salon, but my entire family’s! We’ve been going here for years and are always treated with nothing but kindness. Annie treats her customers and employees with great care. When it comes to service, everyone does a FABULOUS job. I always get my nails done by Eva. See pictures for her work!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this salon. Very kind and professional employees. Catered to my individual needs. Made sure I was comfortable. Asked my opinion on how my nails looked throughout the whole application. Didn’t just wait. Until the end. Very relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 will definitely be going back. High quality work. My new favorite salon.

I was at red lotus to get a pedicure for a wedding I was going to. The lady who did my nails accidentally cut my big toe when clipping my nails. I understand that was an accident and that can happen. I got the callous remover which burned my skin. Again I know that is strong stuff and maybe my skin is sensitive. The part that bothers me was I spent $35 (I had a $10 gift card) on pedicure with callous remover and my polish was chipping off by day 5. This is the first time I have ever had a pedicure that only looked good for 5 days. Typically they last at least 2 weeks-month. Disappointed and won’t be back to this spot.

From the moment you enter, you are greeted and treated so warmly by staff: The owner, Annie, is incredible and simply lovely. I paid $65 for a pedicure, they did not cut any of my cuticles they just rub the cuticle cutter around your toes. They shared the lotion that I paid for with my wife and myself instead of each of us having our own. I paid for a 30 minute massage, it felt like somebody was petting a cat. I do not recommend this place. I don’t think they all have their licenses because they would not be afraid to cut your cuticles. Part of my package was supposed to be hot stones, if they touched me for less than a minute I’m exaggerating. And they were not hot at all. Terrible experience and it was my first and last time there.

I typically don’t like to leave bad review but I had got a pedicure done, paid extra for the hot stone and massage. The young lady who did it was nice but the hot stone touched my leg for less than a minute and the “hot towel” afterwards was extremely cold. When I had the massage I nicely asked her if she could apply more pressure and didn’t. Wasn’t worth it:(

Love this salon! I have tried other places and I always end up coming back. My nails always last for 2+ weeks. The staff is so great, always friendly and accommodating. I recommend it to anyone I know. Best in Clifton park! Dip powder

I’m a new customer to this salon and it’s fantastic, employees are great,they greet you the minute you walk in.this is the second time I have gotten Eva, she is amazing in what she does..very meticulous & detailed.
