A wonderful girls day for my daughter and I. I also brought my girlfriend too. Dior OMG absolutely words can’t express how phenomenal she is in customer care and above and beyond. I came in and was passed off because a color I was looking online I was told they couldn’t even come close to match after one woman had finished getting my nails ready for the dip ombré to be done. I waited a while and ohhhh DIOR was so worth the wait!! She was so awesome, took one look and was like “I got you, took a fake nail and did a sample in two different dip colors to match the color she saw on my phone” she was determined to do a match! I just wanted something similar and was having a hard time deciding. Until Dior came over and she was so funny, sweet, knew her STYLE and knew mine in seconds of meeting me! She took the time and she is so someone I am NOW seeing and now MY nail woman!!! I’m addicted. My nails are stunning and so supper happy. My day had Christina and she is also another awesome nail tech. Our pictures speak for themselves! Absolutely gorgeous nails done by Dior and Christina thank you so so much. 100 stars!!! Thank you for being our nail techs and now your stuck with us!

cut my cuticle twice, made me bleed and she kept laughing and made me feel awkward. she also made the nails uneven and tried to upcharge me for simple nails. she also gave attitude to my friend and tried to charge her $90 for a very basic design that was similar to the one i wanted. dissapointed with how messy of a job they did. I did gel manicure and pedicure. I was surprised that she didn’t cut my cuticles and didn’t polish my nails at the end of work. My nails now are sharp and I can really damage every clothes with my nails… while wearing those today.

Amazing place! The staff were all so friendly and nice and they took their time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I got a snowflake design and it turned out so great, I’ve already gotten so many compliments from people! The place can also accommodate a lot of people so I had no wait time! Extremely happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back!

I was good with this business until it changed over to Red Lotus- now they are overbooked (I just sat almost an hour past my appointment time to get started) care less about quality of their work (see the pic) and won’t own when they can’t or aren’t capable of a service. I give it a 2 and I wish I could have given higher. I got my nails done Jan 22. Then 3 nails chipped the following day. I went back and they fixed them and I was very appreciative. However, it has been 9 days and 6 nails have chipped. Yes this place was clean and they were able to fit me in towards the end of the day but for $50, my nails did not last at all. Very disappointed.
