Spa owner was very nice and professional. Took me on a tour . Place was immaculate. Explained everything to me . It was my first time to a float spa , I thought it was very kool . Only thing I recommend is to use the ear plugs provided in the room for you . Otherwise you will have water in your ears . The water last three weeks in mine . It was my fault for not using them as they were provided . Just wished I would of known

I was experiencing some pain in my upper back and found Red Lotus online. I was able to book a same-day infrared sauna appointment. Marie was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. She showed me around and gave me information about what services they provide. The sauna experience was phenomenal. I felt really good when it was over. I will be returning to book a float session in the next few weeks.

Wow is all I have to say. Incredible experience floating. Everything is impeccably clean. The owner and staff are gracious and welcoming. If you have back problems or any joint problems I highly recommend floating here regularly. Also, this is a small local business, not a chain, so please come and support.

My fiance and I came to Red Lotus by word of mouth. We knew nothing about a float but were told it would be good for him. He is currently dealing with Stage 4 cancer and in a lot of pain. I emailed with some questions and concerns and quickly Marie got back with me. First great impression. After double checking some things, I called and made a appt for 2. We came today, Wednesday 2/5/2020. As soon as we both walked in we noticed how clean and just serene the place was. My fiance used the restroom and no paper towels! Yes, hand towels. Such a plus for someone with a weakened immune system. Marie was amazing, she walked us through every little detail. We did the float and he said he felt amazing! His exact words, ” I haven’t felt this good in so many years!” I’m so happy I was referred to you guys! His aches and pains have been greatly improved! You’re a blessing and he’s excited to return. Thank you for all you do. It helped me as well, but I was more worried for his pain. I HIGHLY recommend anyone experiencing ANY kind of nagging pain to try to float. If it can help relieve someone with cancer pain, imagine what it can do for your everyday pain, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, etc. Again, words can’t thank you enough. I will be spreading the news as much as possible!!

This was my first time floating, I’ve been a long-time listener and heard others rave about floating but words cannot describe the tranquility and mental euphoria I felt during my 60 minute tandem float. First let me tell you this: This spa is impeccably clean, offers you a beautiful post-float lounge supplied with hot tea and fruit-flavored water, towels and a room supplied with hairdryers/mirrors so you can put yourself back together if you’re returning to work after your float.

Another thing that makes this place stand out is their small meaningful touches such as having a stack of hand towels in the bathroom to wipe your hands instead of paper towels. Lastly, there are beautiful pieces from local artists hung all around the common spaces that you can purchase. Never even knew that float therapy was a thing. Googled float tanks and found them. Called at 12:20. They scheduled me for 1:00. Went in and they had everything set up for me ready to start. This location is beautifully decorated, super clean and the staff were so nice. Definitely going to be returning.
