Mickey was awesome and super personable! First time here and I was offered tea while getting my mani pedi. $12 to get old polish removed. Very cute smaller nail salon. Stays busy. Plan ahead for your appointment. Good music such as Fleetwood Mac playing in the background. Will come back.

I found this salon via Groupon and drove from Gurnee to try out their lash extension service. I made my appointment and then unfortunately had to cancel. They were gracious and understanding. When I called back, 2 weeks later, to reschedule the owner recognized my voice! That instantly made me feel valued. I had my lashes done today and not only was the technician, Felisha, quick and precise, she also helped me choose the correct fullness, length and curl to get the look I was going for. AND she was fun! It was incredibly relaxing and she would have let me sleep through the service, but followed my lead and chatted with me throughout. I also had to leave my phone on due to a family situation and every time it rang she was sweet enough to check it for me (since I had to keep my eyes closed) in the event it was a call I had to take. Above and beyond. I left thrilled with my results AND feeling like I’d made a new friend! Even though the salon is an hour drive from me, I’m going back. I made sure to schedule my next appointment before I left. I’m one of those people who speaks up when service is lacking AND when service is exceptional, and this exceptional service deserved a review. Go check them out ladies!!!

I bought a groupon to get a mani pedi from this salon. When I tried to make an appointment, the lady was so rude saying that she did not have any, thay everybody had groupons, and if I did not like it, groupon could get my money back. I just don’t know how she gets customers or good reviews. .
