Satisfied customer! Karen was very welcoming and professional. My appointment was scheduled for eyebrow wax + tint combo, underarm wax, and nose wax. I absolutely love the results and have no complaints. The experience for the most part was pretty painless and pleasant. What I appreciate the most is that she not only understood my concerns but her delivery was on point. She cleaned up my browse perfectly to shape my face and the tent she applied was a lovely touch. I’m looking forward to trying out some of the other services she offers.

I got my first successful Brazilian wax with Karen! I’ve been to several other wax places and when I tell you she’s the absolute best in the business I am not joking! I was super nervous about getting it done because I’ve had such terrible experiences before and she was so reassuring and made me feel so comfortable. I went on a ten day vacation and my wax lasted the whole time! I didn’t have to shave even once! No bumps or irritation afterwards either. I would absolutely recommend Karen in a heartbeat! We moved to the area about a year ago and I’ve visited about 4 different waxing places. Karen was my fifth, and I definitely will not be going elsewhere. Her office is super clean, cute and modern. She was amazingly quick with her work. Like, QUICK. And when you’re getting a Brazilian you just want it over with. I won’t say it was painless, because c’mon you’re getting hair yanked out of your hoo-ha, but like I said, she was quick so it made it a lot more bearable. Suggestion: Would be great to have an offer for discounted maintenance appointments!
