Visiting Michigan and needed a Mani Pedi. Booked services with Janie. Super relaxing. Great service. Great atmosphere. Walked out with pretty toes and feet. Manicure was perfect, next time I am in Rochester will definitely stop at Red Gloss Nail Spa!

NEVER EVER GO HERE!!! The owner and staff are terrible! Specifically one nail tech, Jessica. She is incredibly rude and left me sitting there in the middle of doing my nails while she went to talk to her coworker. She complains every time you ask her to fix something and always seems to be a rush to finish and doesn’t even care if her work isn’t done correctly or neatly. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT SALON!!!! This place is a waste of time.

I LOVE having my nails done here. Always welcoming and friendly. They have new protocols in place for covid that allow you to still feel pampered. Very reasonably priced too. Have been a loyal customer here for 2 yrs and counting!

I got my mani and pedi done yesterday here. The staffs are super friendly. I’m not sure if the ventilations was working but the smell was strong in the store even though I was wearing a mask. I also did not like the products used, the fragrance was also very strong and I didn’t feel like it was “organic” as advertised. I thought it was crazy that they charged me for using my card. I also didn’t like the pedi chair, it was uncomfortable. They did do a good job on my mani and pedi. Price is a bit pricey, it is $35 for gel mani and $50 for gel pedi.

Staff is so friendly & knowledgable, they really make you feel comfortable. There is no annoying tv channel/commercials on, instead nice calming music. After being to 20 some different nail salons all over in my life, I have been so consistently happy with red gloss. I’ve lived in the area for a few years now and finally stumbled my way in. Great quality of shellac. I love the pedicure experience. Staff is so friendly & knowledgable, they really make you feel comfortable. Wow! I have never had a pedicure before, but this will definitely be the place I go to whenever I need one. The staff were so kind and fun to chat with! The place is beautiful and relaxing inside, it is very easy to fall asleep on their massage chairs. I can’t wait until I need another pedicure!
