Helliana is amazing! When you first walk I to the salon you are greeted with smiling faces and told to make yourself at home. You are offered a beverage. So right off the bat you feel comfortable. Helliana asked what I wanted and took her time to make sure I got just what I asked for. My hair was long and had a ton of dead ends. I walked out there feeling super confident with soft silky hair.
