I was shocked at the way I was treated and dismissed. Sara never spoke to me, didn’t ask anything about me. She spent the entire time yelling at another woman in a language I did not understand. After the cut she fluffed my hair and took the gown off. She was already walking away to speak to her coworker before she even asked if I liked it. Never showed me the back like is normally done at a salon. This was my 2nd visit because I liked the first cut so much but will probably not be back for another one. I was shocked at the way I was treated and dismissed. Sara never spoke to me, didn’t ask anything about me. She spent the entire time yelling at another woman in a language I did not understand. After the cut she fluffed my hair and took the gown off. She was already walking away to speak to her coworker before she even asked if I liked it. Never showed me the back like is normally done at a salon. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went to Red Carpet yesterday for my first ever massage. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment time and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before the woman who was giving my massage arrived. I didn’t fully know what to expect, it being my first ever massage so when the woman was just rubbing my back with her palms in circular motions, I was slightly confused but wasn’t sure if that was how it was supposed to go. She never actually did any massaging of my muscles, just rubbing around really. She finished right on my appointment time even though she arrived 15 minutes late. The whole experience wasn’t great, so I had already decided not to go back and let that be the end of it. But when I got home I sat down on my couch and felt stinging pain on my back. The woman rubbed a big patch of my skin raw from the constant rubbing she was doing, especially right on my SPINE. My aunt is a massage therapist and was appalled. I went to Red Carpet yesterday for my first ever massage. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment time and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before the woman who was giving my massage arrived.
