This place is so good at pedicures! I used to go to Tiffany’s by the Capitola mall next to Ross. They raised their prices and stopped including hot stone and now its $5 extra. At Red Carpet Salon it’s included and it’s $3 cheaper. Massages are fabulous and they understand what we are asking them. Thank you staff at Red Carpet. We will be loyal customers from now on.

I got dip for my nails and the very next day the top clear coat has peeled off on several of my nails! And my nails are separating from the dip on on others. The second day my entire dip nail broke off. So now there is no dip on my nail causing my real nail to break! Not to mention when got to my car I noticed my finger tips were covered in excess dip powder caked under my nails and stain all over my fingers. She didn’t even bother to clean up around my nails. I went back to the store and asked her to please wipe off the excess powder and she was really annoyed. I was really disappointed in her attitude. Quality, and customer service were disappointing.

I went to get my hair cut and dyed. I told her i was growing my hair out and i wanted to add some angled layers. She didnt wet my hair, cut it dry and did an aweful job. The layers are chunked out and uneven. She took about 5 inches off the front and the layers dont flow. I cried when i saw what an aweful job she did. The only good part was the dye and i just dying my natural color to cover the ends that were blonde from a while ago that i had already dyed before and just needed a touch up. If i could give zero stars i would. I will never go back.
