Will not be going back to this location. Simple removal of previous dip manicure (lasted 4 weeks and was just grown out-not chipped…was done at nail salon by Evergreen Walk) and asked for a manicure. My nails sat in acetone for almost an hour and scratched my nails with a file to remove the rest. I was told then that I was all set…since when does a manicure $20 not include a polish and cuticle clean? Disappointed…be warned!!!!

I love this place! They are so polite and never rude (unlike other salons in the area). Everyone is so nice. There is always more than enough staff and rarely a wait time. They have people who go around to massage your shoulders during any downtime. I just get gel manicures ($35) and regular pedicures ($35) but I never have complaints. Nothing beats their service.

I just visited for my first time and got the standard pedicure. This was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Super affordable (though I’ll try one of the other ones next time!) and SO relaxing. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. A great spot to treat yourself!

Got a blueberry pedi and gel mani last Monday, the only night I could get in before my wedding that Friday. My nails came out exactly how I wanted, and are all still going strong over a week and a half out on the honeymoon despite all the time spent on beaches, in pools, hiking and more..(photo from today)

I had mani pedi appointment with Choi. She was amazing. Very friendly and professional. I didnt like my first nail color mani. She changed immediately. She took me walk in and made me seat immediately without much waiting. Everyone there looked very professional. Highly recommend their services. Thanks Choi.

Went today as a walk in. I requested a gel color change. I won’t mention the technicians name. He put two very thin coats of gel nail on and over coat.. gave the back rub and that was it…I can see through my nails and they feel like they are soft and will bend easily.

Worst experience in my life!! Young did my nails and before I even left the salon my mail broke as I opened my purse to pay!!! I paid 70! For a fill and on top of that the very next day my nail broke again and nails continued to break!!! I do not recommend going here unless you want all your nails to break and have money to waste!!

I really wanted to like this place esp since they have so many nail techs and always had availability but how they removed my gel polish totally destroyed my nails to the point where even with gel polish on my nails were so thin and fragile they were breaking. I was also a member of their reward program and never seemed to get any discounts despite earning points…

Got my nails done about three hours ago, two nails have popped off in that time. For the time it took, the price and how they looked, I would not recommend

When you first walk into Red Carpet Nails, you’ll think it’s a beautiful place and you’ll get excited to get your nails done. At least this was my experience. The place was packed which I took as a good sign. There are HUGE tv’s on the walls so I just sat back and watched the movie that was playing. I ended up getting a very classic and simple french manicure on a friday afternoon. By Sunday the polish on my thumb completely peeled off. I went back to them on Monday and they fixed it at no cost (as they should). The base color they put on my thumb when they fixed it was more of a pink base compared to the rest of my fingers, but it didn’t matter as long as it was fixed. Two days later, 2 more fingers completely peeled off! This is gel! Gel is supposed to last you 2 weeks MINIMUM. This is completely unacceptable. I ended up going to a different salon to show them what happened and they even fixed it free of charge, even though it wasn’t they mistake to fix (I gave them money for it anyways). Then of course the very next day, another different nail that was done by Red Carpet completely peeled off. I read through the other reviews and it seems that this problem has happened to several other people. I guess this salon spent all their money on the decor and not on the actual products that they are putting on people’s nails. I will NEVER go back. What a disgrace. Are there no good nail salons anymore???? Disappointed.
