Absolutely could not love this place more even if I tried! My mom and I have been coming here for 8+ years and we rave about it to everyone!! It is so reasonably priced and we have always had the best experience!! All the massage therapists are so professional and highly skilled too!! Don’t hesitate booking an appointment here! I now choose to skip getting massages at resorts because I know I can get one here for half the price!!

Do not subscribe to their monthly massage subscription. They claim you can cancel whenever but then they’ll help themselves to your bank account whenever they see fit and refuse to refund you, just claim you’ll have “credit” with them. I really liked this company as the masseuse I use is great, but my trust has been breached. I unsubscribed in November but they still charge me. Just buy the massages one at a time.

“American Greed” No compassion, empathy or care. Management has a None caring mentality towards bereavement. They would rather lose a Loyal Client over $25. SMH. Although, it was explained and I offered to present proof that I was out of state for the funeral of my Father in law on September 17th and my mother the 24th. I was still billed $25 for no show, plus the $89 recurring fee. “IT’S NOT THE MONEY, IT’S THE PRINCIPAL.” Therefore, Please “Do not give your credit card” information to be put on file for monthly services. Reason being, if you decide to cancel your services, you will get billed. Although, the charge is pending they refuse to reverse the charge. Stating, they can only give you a gift certificate. ???? Any who, if I’m not happy with management, why would I want to continue doing business with the merchant Red Canyon Wellness ? Although, I asked for a written agreement, I was never given one, nor was it stated I would be charged a reschedule fee. I was told I could cancel services at anytime withouth penalties. “LIES” . My massage therapy is Nicole who is Awesome, I’ve followed her from another location and will continue following her, if she left this location. Oh well, you can keep the $25, but not my business. Of course I asked to speak with Management and He was busy. However, I can hear the call taker was being advised by an unqualified and incompetent individual. What a waste of a business. Not to mention rumors of inappropriate sexual behavior by staff. “Beware”.
